01 / TERMS OF USE

Using this site and service

By visiting this site or contacting Dustpan Nexus, you agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm people, compromise systems, or interfere with an investigation. The site describes a research and case-building program; it is not a promise that any particular result, recovery, takedown, referral, or enforcement action will occur.

Permitted use

You may read the site, contact Dustpan Nexus about a legitimate safety concern, and share information that you are authorized to provide. Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment-card data, malware, private keys, or access to an account.

Prohibited use

You may not use Dustpan Nexus to commit fraud, impersonate a real person, harass or threaten anyone, obtain unauthorized access, steal credentials, solicit money, evade law enforcement, or target people who are not part of a documented safety or research question. Dustpan Nexus may refuse, pause, or end an interaction that crosses a legal, ethical, or safety boundary.

Information and third parties

Descriptions on this site are general information, not legal, investigative, financial, medical, or security advice. Third-party sites and services are outside Dustpan Nexus’s control and may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Intellectual property

The Dustpan Nexus name, original artwork, written material, layout, and software concepts are protected to the extent available under applicable law. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or represent the site or its materials as your own without written permission.

02 / PRIVACY NOTICE

Information we handle

Dustpan Nexus is designed to minimize unnecessary collection. Information may be received when you contact the team, submit a signal, or interact with the site.

What may be collected

Your name or contact details if you provide them; the report, links, messages, files, and context you choose to send; and basic technical information such as browser type, approximate time, and security logs.

Why it is used

To respond to your request, assess a reported pattern, preserve relevant evidence, protect the service, prevent abuse, and prepare a responsible handoff when a trusted partner is better placed to act.

When it may be shared

Information may be shared with service providers supporting the site, a platform or safety partner, professional advisers, or authorities when necessary for safety, legal compliance, or a documented investigation. Dustpan Nexus does not sell submitted reports.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, or evidence integrity. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask what contact information you provided, request correction, or ask a question about handling by emailing contact@dustpannexus.com. Some requests may be limited when keeping a record is necessary for safety, legal compliance, or evidence integrity.

03 / RESPONSIBLE USE

Research with boundaries

Dustpan Nexus is intended for controlled scam research, public-interest documentation, and safer response. It is not a tool for vigilantism or retaliation. Research decisions should be proportionate to the question being investigated and should avoid unnecessary exposure of private people.

  • Do not access an account, device, network, or database without authorization.
  • Do not request, store, or publish passwords, one-time codes, payment credentials, or private keys.
  • Do not threaten, dox, stalk, extort, or encourage a target to commit a crime.
  • Stop or escalate when the interaction creates a risk of physical harm, financial loss, or exposure of a non-target person.
  • Preserve source context and distinguish observed facts from assumptions or generated analysis.

04 / AI AND VOICE DISCLOSURE

What the automation means

Dustpan Nexus may use AI-generated text, speech, classification, summarization, and research identities to create a consistent controlled interaction with a scam operator. The purpose is to make the operation reveal its own claims, pressure tactics, infrastructure, and patterns so the resulting record can be reviewed.

AI output can be wrong. A generated statement, transcription, classification, or link analysis is not automatically proof. Material findings should be checked against source records, timestamps, and independent context before anyone relies on them.

Voice and text interactions are bounded by the research objective and stop conditions. Dustpan Nexus does not authorize credential theft, unauthorized access, payment solicitation, or impersonation of a real private individual. Where a human review or a qualified authority is needed, the workflow should stop and route the matter appropriately.
